The Concepts in Strongly Correlated Quantum Matter Conference (CSCQM) will be held in Krakow from November 20 to 22, 2025 (Thursday to Saturday, registration on Thursday late afternoon, departure on Saturday afternoon), at the III Campus of the Jagiellonian University, 11 Professor Stanisław Łojasiewicz Street, 30-348 Krakow. The conference (and meals) will take place at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy, and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University.

The fee includes: conference materials, welcome party, lunches, dinners, conference dinner, coffee breaks (The launch on the last day, that is Saturday 22 November, is included). The fee does not include accommodation, which should be arranged independently, see below.
Accommodation
We suggest accommodation at the Campanile Krakow South Hotel (https://krakow-south.campanile.com/pl/), located at 2 Professor Stanisław Łojasiewicz Street, 30-348 Krakow, where we have negotiated preferential terms for conference participants. There is also an option to book cheaper accommodation in the hostel associated with the hotel. The hotel and hostel are located in the immediate vicinity of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy, and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University, where the scientific sessions will be held.

Transportation from the Main Railway Station (Dworzec Główny PKP) to the III Campus of the Jagiellonian University by tram No. 52 towards Czerwone Maki (Norymberska or Ruczaj stop) takes about 25 minutes. Transportation to and from the center of Krakow is available via lines 18 and 52 (other trams at that stop: 11, 17, 62).
